Ramona's Butterzopf

20 g backing powder
2.5 dl milk
500 g (4 1/4 cups) flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg
80 g (1/3 cup) soft butter

put everything together and knead to a dough. Let do raise for 1 hour. Plait and put in cold stove. Bake at 200°C (390°F) 30 - 40 minutes.
